1.00-2.00 | Embrace the Space | Dani Batchelor Dance
Using yoga, pilates and contemporary dance techniques, this class will re-awaken the senses, connect you with your kinesphere and help shake off those wintry blues - a full body tonic!
2.15-3.15 | Go With The Flow | Cliffs Yoga
A rejuvenating, energising vinyasa flow sequence to shake-off the sluggishness of winter and clear the mind and spirit. Focussing on creating heat in the body for muscle release; inversions and forward-folds for lymph-cleansing (to help fend off winter bugs) and deep seated postures for a full-body stretch.
3.30-4.30 | Open Your Heart | Jill's Yoga
During the winter months we can become susceptible to coughs and colds, adopting a protective posture in the upper body. This Scaravelli inspired session will connect us with our heart centre and upper body using standing, sitting and prone postures. We will find lightness in the upper body and awaken the upper spine, releasing tension from the shoulders and neck and ultimately accessing more space in the body for our breath.
4.45-6.00 | Homecoming Candlelit Yoga for Relaxation | Openspace Yoga & Jill's Yoga
This candlelit yin-based relaxing, meditative yoga session offers you the chance to come back home, tune in and experience peace and balance though gentle yoga practice. This session will finish with a short yoga nidra (deep relaxation)

Margate Yoga Collective
Jill trained with the Inner Yoga Trust and has been teaching yoga since 2010. After qualifying Jill became an advocate of Scaravelli yoga. Vanda Scaravelli pioneered a new approach to yoga with emphasis on awakening the spine, working with gravity and finding lightness and space in the body. Jill now attends regular workshops with intuitive teachers like Diane Long, who Vanda taught for 23 years. Jill teaches classes in Cliftonville, Westgate and Birchington and is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of yoga .
Mounira from Openspace Yoga trained in the Himalayas with Yogi Sivadas in traditional Hatha Yoga having trained as a contemporary dancer and completing her degree in Dance and Sports Science. She currently works between the London and Margate in the UK, and Australia, offering courses, workshops and events - and teaching a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Yin and Flow.
Kier is a 200hr accredited teacher, training in the Vinyasa Flow style of Yoga with Holly Warren at YogaLondon. By combining mindfulness, precision and strength Vinyasa Flow is an incredibly efficient, balanced yoga class with maximum impact. Kier currently teaches dynamic, beginners and pre-natal yoga classes at Cliffs in Margate.
