Yoga - dynamic flow

Vinyasa Flow Yoga focuses on transition between postures, as well as alignment and strength. A moving meditation, each postures flows into the next cultivating a quieter mind during the session. 

Generally recommended for students with some yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness.
