Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow for all abilities.

Yoga focuses on the breath, quietening the mind and strengthening the body. 

This class is a gentle moving meditation; flowing postures build heat in the body and create mental focus. 

A slower class than the Monday session, beginners are welcome to join this class.

Mats and equipment are supplied.  Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
