Vinyasa Flow for all abilities.

Focus on alignment, strength and stillness with this calming sequence guided by Cliffs' own Mel Cole. Wind down from the day and find space in the body and mind. Open to all levels, but some Yoga experience is beneficial.

Mats and equipment are supplied. Bring a towel and some water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
