Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga focuses on transition between postures, as well as alignment and strength. A moving meditation, each postures flows into the next cultivating a quieter mind during the session.

Open to all levels, but some Yoga experience is beneficial.

Mats and equipment are supplied. Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
