Power Yoga

Similar to Vinyasa but a bit sweatier; derived from Ashtanga but more playful. Power Yoga is a full body workout that connects each posture with the breath. Be prepared to challenge yourself in a safe and playful environment. If you are looking for dynamic work out that will get your heart pumping, then this is the class for you!

Open to all levels, but some Yoga experience is beneficial.

Mats and equipment are supplied. Bring a towel and some water. Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
