Mum + Baby Yoga

New course - 16th March to 20th April

Play, stretch and relax with your baby. This gentle class is designed for the post-natal body, combining strengthening and relaxing postures with breathing, whilst bonding with your baby. A fun, light-hearted session where you can meet other new mums and start to bring focus back to your physical wellbeing.

Mums - no previous yoga experience required. Minimum 6 weeks post-partum, please refer to your Midwife or Doctor to ensure you are cleared to begin gentle exercise. 

Babies - 6 weeks to 9 months (or up to crawling age if older or younger)

Booking required. £5 per 45 minute session, course of 6 weeks (drop-in £7 per class)
