Nurture the prenatal body and help to reduce stress levels, promoting physical health and overall wellbeing for expectant mothers. A safe space in which to meet other mums, give yourself some much deserved ‘me time’ and connect with your body and growing baby.
If you have never practiced yoga before do not worry- pregnancy can be the perfect time to begin! Pregnancy yoga is suitable for women in their second and third trimesters (post 14 weeks or after the first scan). Please check with your midwife or doctor if you are suffering from any serious medical conditions (and let the teacher know when you arrive for class).
We recommend that you wear loose or stretchy clothing to the class and bring a bottle of water. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class.
