Yoga News - INTRODUCING AMIE!

Cliffs are delighted to welcome a fantastic yoga teacher Amie Evans to our regular schedule! Amie will be taking the Thursday 12.30pm and Friday 7pm classes with more to follow. You can find out more about Amie from her website

Mondays 10-11am  DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW

An energising sequence focusing on transition between postures, as well as alignment and strength. A moving meditation, each postures flows into the next cultivating a quieter mind during the session. ALL LEVELS WELCOME 

Thursday 12.30-1.30pm  VINYASA FLOW

A sequence of postures that focus on linking each movement with the breath. Designed to work key muscles & raise the heart rate. ALL LEVELS WELCOME 

Thursday 7-8pm  PRE-NATAL YOGA

Cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. A gentle flow designed for second-trimester onwards. Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginner students and experienced practitioners. 

Friday 7-8pm  WEEKEND WIND-DOWN CANDLE-LIT FLOW

The perfect way to set you up for the weekend. A gentle and nurturing flow designed to calm the body and mind. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Saturdays  1-2pm  VINYASA FLOW
