Mondays 10-11am DYNAMIC VINYASA FLOW
An energising sequence focusing on transition between postures, as well as alignment and strength. A moving meditation, each postures flows into the next cultivating a quieter mind during the session. Open to all levels, but some Yoga experience is beneficial.
Thursday 12.30-1.30pm POWER YOGA
Similar to Vinyasa but a bit sweatier; derived from Ashtanga but more playful. Power Yoga is a full body workout that connects each posture with the breath. Be prepared to challenge yourself in a safe and playful environment. If you are looking for dynamic work out that will get your heart pumping, then this is the class for you! Open to all levels, but some Yoga experience is beneficial.
Fridays 10-11am HATHA FLOW (starts 18th July)
A combination of classic static Hatha Yoga blended with flowing sequences to create a balanced, nourishing practice. Create warmth and energy with the flow; deepen your practice with the steadily held Hatha postures. Develop your breath awareness as you relax into the session, letting go of external thoughts and cares.
Fridays 11.15-12pm MUM + BABY YOGA (starts 18th July)
Play, stretch and relax with your baby. This gentle class is designed for the post-natal body, combining strengthening and relaxing postures with breathing, whilst bonding with your baby. A fun, light-hearted session where you can meet other new mums and start to bring focus back to your physical wellbeing. No previous yoga experience needed! (6-week course, £5 per session)
Saturdays 1-2pm VINYASA FLOW
A sequence of postures that focus on linking each movement with the breath. Designed to work key muscles and raise the heart rate. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Training in the Vinyasa Flow style of Yoga with Holly Warren at YogaLondon, Kier is a 200hr accredited teacher. By combining mindfulness, precision and strength Vinyasa Flow is an incredibly efficient, balanced yoga class with maximum impact which Kier believes promotes innumerable benefits to the mind and body. She promotes connection of movement to breath, focuses on correct alignment in the body within a flowing sequence of varying pace. Amie's a fully qualified Yoga teacher specialising in Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow. Her classes are challenging & fun, with something for everyone and she passionately believes that Yoga is for anyone who is open to giving it a try. Amie also works with mental health charities sharing the amazing benefits that Yoga can have on a huge array of mental health issues.
Ally travelled to the Himalayas in India to train as a yoga teacher, studying Hatha and Ashtanga styles of yoga under the guidance of Ganga Devi. Incorporating asana practice, personal development, pranayama and meditation, Ally's method guides students towards achieving their goals in yoga. Working towards postures and creating flexibility in both body and stillness in mind.
